Pandant Control System for Cranes

Pendent control systems are exclusively designed and developed for cranes and hoists. These control systems operate as an auxiliary controller through a power interface for lifting motors of cranes, hoists and traveling bridge cranes through the use of a contactor or PLC. The control boards can have 2 to 12 push-buttons along with speed switches. The pendant control systems have emergency stop pushbutton. Buttons are made of thermoplastic in rectangular and round shapes. Materials and components are wear resistant and have a very high resistance against water, dust, rubbing weather and chemicals.

Bus Bar System for Cranes

Bus bar systems for overhead travelling cranes are designed to ensure efficient, flexible and rapid mounting of components at any site. These bus bar systems are provided with 6 way or 8 way modular sockets, according to requirements. Mounting height can be mechanically and electrically connected to the bus bar system. The supply to the bus bars is done normally through Incoming Terminal Block. This allows both feeding and protection of the bus-bar system simultaneously. These easy to maintain bus bar systems have enough flexibility for system extension. The bus bar systems can suitably work in numerous environments

Limit Switch

Limit switches are designed to interlock the mechanical motion or position with an electrical circuit. The limit switches are highly suitable for hoists cranes lifting platforms and other such machines. Though available with up to four pole configurations, most common limit switches are single pole contact block having one NO and NC set of contacts. Limit switches also are available with time-delayed contact transfer, which are highly useful in detecting jams. A wide selection of models is available including greater OT models, indicator-equipped models, low-temperature models, heat-resistant models and corrosion proof models. Limit switches feature a neutral-position or center-off type transfers.
